Thursday...

Hot, but not as hot as it has been. A busy day, as always!

It's that time again! Please consider becoming a Shiloh Feed Fairy- your $10.00 donation buys one bag of Senior Feed for our older horses. We have a majority of elderly horses who call Shiloh home, they are living out their lives in dignity, love and friendship. Thank you to ALL our wonderful supporters!

Wanderer Concho stopped for a photo op...

Wandering Mustang, Cortez, hanging out by some of Okay Corrals water. That is City Slicker and Moses on the pasture side...

Manhattan, Okay Corral. We will be pulling him pasture soon to evaluate him for possible adoption. Manhattan had surgery for a forearm fracture a few years ago.

A fly trap- WE COULD USE MORE OF THESE THINGS! If you are someone who is thinking about how you can help the Shiloh Horses, these are really needed at this time! They really work for us and are great to hang in our special needs horses' corrals and stalls. (The flies LOVE and are drawn to the Equine Senior feed.) They can be purchased for under $5.00 online here- but can be found in all tack and feed stores. Thank you! :o)

Special needs senior, Shadow, is spending some time in the Barn so we can watch his weight and treat his skin cancer. We have been treating skin cancer on his sheath for years, he had more skin cancer removed by the vet last week. Shadow is ancient and is normally with the Gummies, he should be able to move back out with his friends soon...
