Yes, it's Aztec- all shaved for the Summer! Big thanks to Shiloh Facebook friends and Blog readers, Bonnie and Amy who contacted Roland who travels our area shearing sheep, Llamas, etc! Thanks to their support and guidance, we now have someone to keep Inca and Aztec comfortable during our hot months...

It was another hot day, but not as bad as Sunday when it got up to 112 degrees. There was a breeze today, which cooled it off somewhat. Here is the Big Pasture...

Maverick has joined them in their pen. These three geldings are on the same diet, so it's a good fit.

What are you going to do with Aztec & Inca's shaved off coats? Seriously, I'm sure there's knitting/yarn dye people that would kill for it.... want me to ask around??! Or have you got that sorted already?!
