A Busy Last Few Days!

As always, there is no rest in horse rescue!

The Shiloh group heading over to our neighbor, Sandy Valley Ranch, for the "Ride for the Rescues" Trail Ride on Sunday. Left to right: Kody and Rookie, Dave and Numerous, Dean and NASDAQ, Sharil and Cochise, Megan and Colby, Jill and Tanis, Sally and Sage and Eric and Sawyer...

Sally and Sage negotiating one of the six obstacles out on the trail...

Sharil and Cochise...

Megan and Colby over the ground poles...

Some of the Shiloh gang in the back of the rescue truck. Congratulations to Kody who earned second place in the Junior Division- and with two broken arms in casts no less! Great job Kody and Rookie!
A view of Okay Corral from the gravel road...

Meanwhile, back at the Ranch...

Elisa worked with Starsky. He was a bit tense his first time under saddle since his rescue, but with time and work, he will make a nice riding horse.

Kelso and Magic in Little Vacation Village...

Bucky and Rubix have both been moved into Little Vacation Village...

Monday's Breakfast Club!

Robin and Charmin and Daria and Jet under the shade of City Center...

On Saturday, Sabine gave a Basic Horsemanship class using Larceny...

Later Sabine hopped on Toluca. She is a very sweet mare who will be available for adoption very soon.

Happy news for Jack, he is now in a foster home with a little girl of his own! His new little girl, Thankful, is looking forward to spoiling and loving Jack through the summer. Thankful and her family live in Sandy Valley and are a horse loving family and Jack will fit right in with their other two horses. Have fun Thankful and Jack!
