Thursday

Another great day!

Scrappy is now an official Wanderer! He has joined the herd, here he is with his new best friend, Baja exploring by the Gummies...

Looking cute! He seems very happy...

Leo hopped on Black Feather. She is a bit rusty under saddle and needs some work, but she is really a very cute mare with good manners!
Sandi and Liz and all the burros scoop hay cubes for lunch. Some Shiloh horses eat Alfalfa cubes along with their free fed grass hay...

Daisy in Jimmy Dean and Bacon Bits' barn stall. She is waiting for the pig food...

Larceny, looking good! Lars is "servicably sound" and such a sweet and easy gelding who will be used for some light riding lessons at Shiloh.

Bombay gets her mane pulled by Elisa...

White Cloud in the turn out. Coud is the messiest horse in the world- he loves to roll and lay in the dirt and mud from his water bucket.

His attitude has really emerged and he whinnies for attention and loves to be handled, groomed, and loves to spend time in the turn outs in the sun.

Snafu watches the action from Mesquite Manor...

All in all a super day!

Everyone is looking good!Great to see the new horses coming into their own.Black Feather looks awesome under saddle!

My first horse, Blanco, was all white.I would bath him, brush him & clean out his stall. The urnine spots would dry out somewhat but no sooner did I put him back into his stall, he would lay down and roll, getting filty all over again!I think it has to do with being a white horse...lol.

Keep up the great work!Mary
