A Peaceful Monday

It was a beautiful day today. It had rained again last night and everything was washed off and gleaming in the sunlight. I like days like this...

Tuesday (tomorrow) is Vet Day- we have lots to get done and it will be a very busy day!

Melvyn had a great day- he wandered freely all morning. Here Sally stops to give him a brushing.
He hung out in the barn aisle with his barn pal, Eagle.

Then he hung out by the Dispensary (where we keep all our medications, etc)...

Eric did Providence's trach today. He took the trach out and cleaned the area...

And then replaced the trach. Providence stands quietly while we do it, it doesn't seem to bother him at all.
Jimmy Dean enjoyed some Pig Chow this morning. We are actually working with Jimmy Dean (and Daisy, Trigger and Baja) for certification as Therapy Animals, which will enable them to visit nursing homes, hospitals, etc.

Shiloh's Breakfast Club- Daisy, Inca, Jimmy and Bacon Bits all gather on the Cherry Pie grass each morning to eat.

Elisa worked with Gentry. He has made great strides and is like a different horse since his arrival. It's so neat to see and he is really a very cool horse.

She also rode Truce. I am working on Truce's Adoption Video.

BB and Nevada ate their breakfast...

Then moved off to the turn out...

Where BB had some fun...

And stretched his legs!

Part of the Mega Pasture. This is (left to right) Blahnik, Lovely, Reebok, Tioga and Sunset.

Raz in the Gummies, eating her Feed Fairy food.

Nice Pictures, Cocktail is a really sweet mare, how cute is he. I wonder how my Granite is getting on. I hope he feels better. I cannot wait for this weekend. I need a Shiloh break.
