Perfect Weather!

This was one of those perfect days. No emergencies, all the chores got done in good time and we all were able to wander into the different areas and work on shedding out the horses. It's so nice to stand out in the pasture and spend time with each horse individually. The horses all love the extra attention and the shedding blade helps with their itchy hair- it's sort of a Spring Cleaning. Most of them doze away in the warm sun as we work on them...

This is sweet old Falcon in Okay Corral...

This is Godspeed. He is looking great and he really enjoyed his grooming session...

The Okay Corral Pasture...

More of Okay Corral.

Sally worked on pregnant Vortex in the Bungalows. Notice our bright Rainbow halters? We buy these for the Shiloh Horses because they don't "disappear", we can always find them and no one will take them!

Over in the Duplex area, Peso is shedding out like crazy!

In Assisted Living, best pals, Freedom and Celebrate wait for their senior food...

White Cloud's hair is now everywhere in the Annex Pen where he lives with his friend, Navajo...

Serenity dozed in the Barn aisle...

While Nevada and BB shared their food in the Medical Area.

New Arrival Indio is slowly but surely gaining weight in her Medical Stall...

This is Chunky Monkey in the other Medical Stall. He is being treated for sand. Once he finishes his treatment, he will head back out to the Big Pasture.

Cognac enjoyed the Hospice's attached turn out. We just keep the Thoroughbreds' doors open, they wander in and out and hang out together.

The VC pen with the three blind girls, Idaho, Keller and GG.
