Shiloh volunteer, supporter and adopter, Sharil has been diligently picking up and saving all of the loose shedded winter hair from the rescue horses at Shiloh. She has found a wonderful use for the hair!
It seems that pet and human hair can be made into mats which are then used to soak up oil during an oil spill. Strange- but true! Check it out!
Next time you see your horse's hair floating away on a breeze, you might want to catch it, save it and help save the environment!
