Weekend at Shiloh...

A very busy weekend as always- lots of volunteers, visitors and potential adopters looking for horses.

Some photos from Saturday and Sunday, enjoy!

Well, look what greeted us first thing early Saturday morning. Mojo, did you break that water pipe? Most likely...

The Wanderers took advantage of the situation and had some fun in the cool mud puddles and then rolled in the warm sand. Left to right: Charm, Huckleberry and Cortez.

Eric and Farrier Osbaldo worked on Iceman's hooves...

Okay, now for the creepiest thing ever!!! This was crawling in the arena when I was giving a lesson. It's a Vinegaroon and super gross! It gives me the creeps just looking at this photo!

Sue and Sully braved the arena flood and took a riding lesson...

Look at Jimmy Dean, cooling in the pig pool...

But, Jimmy, we have a problem- you don't fit!

Slash and his new owner, Vanessa spend a quiet moment together under City Center...

Big Pasture...

More Big Pasture...

Our new row of trees along the fence line to our new homes. HUGE thanks to the Hickeys and the guys who trenched and helped plant them...

Sunday morning, Trigger shared some morning hay with Storm Cloud in the Medical unit area...

Okay Corral, Sunday morning...

From Okay Corral looking toward Big Pasture...

Wild Child, Apache, in Okay Corral...

Okay Corral breakfast hay line up...

More Okay Corral...

And still more Okay Corral...

Good friends, Moses and City Slicker, in Okay Corral...

Mojo enjoyed a nice roll in the sand after a hosing off...

We brought Hawkeye in from the pasture to treat his reoccurring Habronema on his sheath. He will remain in the Medical Area while we treat him...

Sally cleaned Storm Cloud's face wound. She is all healed up and will head back out to pasture in a day or so.

A view of the Medical Area. Roy is on the left, Dynamite is on the right...
