Shiloh Visits Silver Sky Assisted Living Facilty

Huge thanks to Robin who arranged for Shiloh to visit the Silver Sky Assisted Living Facility in Summerlin last week!

We love visiting out in the community and Shiloh Mini Ambassadors Mojo and Baja were on their very best behavior.

We all really enjoyed ourselves and many residents later said that Mojo and Baja were their favorite visitors that they have had!

Daria and her grandma who is a resident of Silver Sky...

Baja got right to work charming her new friends...

Some of the residents had horses at one point in their life and seeing the little guys really brought back wonderful memories...

Mojo was a hit, as usual!

And even shared kisses with residents!

Some even took some time to do a little grooming...

People happily crowded around to get a chance to meet the horses...

And even feed some treats...

These two horses may be small but their presence really made a big impact...

We are very fortunate that we are able to share Mojo and Baja with these wonderful people...

They brought a smile to everyone's faces...

An awesome visit! Thank you Silver Sky!

I always love your stories and pictures, Jill, but these today are among my favorites. Nothing like a few four-legged ambassadors doing what they do best--sharing the love ;o)

This is seriously one of the sweetest, most moving things I've seen. Especially for the people who used to have horses and loved them. Thank you Shiloh!!

Awww...I got all teary eyed over this. How sweet to bring back all those memories of days long past. I can't remember who said it but it is true...the outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man...no matter the age!
