First off, Jedermann and I ended in 6th place at Galway a few weeks ago at the Novice level. We did okay in Dressage- but it was POURING rain during our test and we slipped and slided around the Dressage ring. We had one rail down in Stadium- but again it was POURING during our round and the arena was sloppy mud and I had to put long studs into Jedermann's shoes (which had been drilled and tapped just in case we needed studs). We had a clean cross country round, it rained in our warm up but the sun broke out of the clouds as we entered the start box (thank you, Tony!). I was very happy with our rounds as we were moving up and I had just wanted to have it under our belt for next year's show season.
I stayed in San Diego for another week to act as Barn Manager for my sister, Sarah, who was holding a cross country training session for the South Korean show jumping team. They needed to do some cross country jumping and my sister was chosen as their coach. I am making a video of the experience which I will be posting in the next few days. It was alot of work but a great experience. It was a great honor for Sarah and she did an awesome job with the riders!
But, here are some photos I took yesterday at Shiloh- I know you have been waiting to see the Shiloh adventures! Enjoy!
Heavenly sported a new "peaceful" blanket thanks to a generous donator!
Zoolander was finally able to move out of the Medical Unit and into Okay Corral- he was so happy to be back out with his herd...
Older sanctuary horse, Val, is starting to go downhill a bit. I moved her into the barn for a few days (for the upcoming rain) and then eventually she will move in with the Gummies...
Florecita (and her mom) have been allowed to wander freely during the day. I am working on another video of her having some Shiloh fun!
Jerome is looking good and he has graduated from the Gummie Saloon into Little Vacation Village...
Gummie member, Melvyn, enjoying his Feed Fairy food and a warm blanket...
Seemore, Little Vacation Village...
Scrappy has moved into the Gummie Saloon as his "babysitter" services are no longer needed in the Bungalows. He seems happy to be back with horses his own age...

Congrats on the show; I'm so impressed you rode in the down pours! And thank you for the pictures! Awww, everyone looks so happy in their toastie blankets. I've got one coming your way too. Used, but still very snuggly for one of those special shiloh souls.
Take care!
Heather and Sully, San Diego
It is good to have you back.
