I had forgotten to post that Mancado, a really nice TB gelding, was returned to Shiloh by his adoptive family last week. The family, who really loved him and had moved to Sandy Valley to give their children a more rural life, had to move out of state after a job loss. They were sad to have to leave Mancado behind, but we know we can eventually find him another great home. Thanks to the Wells Family who took such good care of him...
Bucky, Clovis, Larceny, and Waco are returning to Shiloh on Thursday from the Vet school testing. The school will be picking up Roy, Trace, Tulsa, Image, and Aiken for April's end of the month test. We are lucky to be able to work with the Western Veterinary Conference, it gives some of the Sanctuary horses a bit of a job from time to time and Shiloh gets some free vet evaluations, x-rays, and vaccinations on the horses that are used.
Olympia and Dude will be returning to Shiloh from the vet clinic at the end of the week. Both are doing great.
All is well at the rescue, no emergencies or problems...
