Here is little Daisy napping in the warm sun from last Sunday...
She is the cutest little thing!
But, here is something SUPER cute! It is Daisy when she was first born! Look how tiny Daisy was! Our vet told us that she was only 8 pounds! She was in the vet clinic when she was a newborn as there was concern about her legs.
That is a normal size bucket! I wish we could have seen her in real life. Thanks to Heather at Desert Pines who sent these photos to Shiloh...
Now on to Today's photos:
Here is Charlie checking out the pieces...
Granite is doing great. he watched the activity from his corral in the Hospice...
We had to give Melvyn a steroid shot today for his skin condition. Melvyn might be very old- but he is feisty! It actually took four of us to give him a simple IM shot! We just had to laugh, we love to see him so spunky. Here he is giving us a dirty look after his shot. To make it easier on all of us, tomorrow he is getting his meds in his feed...
Echo Echo is back in the barn. He looks good and we are happy he is back home at Shiloh after his time at the vet clinic...

daisy is soooooo cute
Daisy is so special to all of us at Shiloh. She has spread far and wide the need to help save our horses from slaughter. She has educated kids and adults about American horses sent to slaughter in Canada and Mexico, to end up on plates in Europe and Asia. We love you Daisy.
