The Weekend...

A beautiful weekend! Windy, but it's slowly warming up and everyone is starting to shed...

Here is a short video I took back in my favorite area of the ranch. It's some of the horse trails through the Mesquite trees. They lead to the very deep and soft sand in the back of the pastures. Of course, it's prettier when the trees bloom in the spring. It must be fun for the horses to wander back here...

Amiga in the pasture. She is a chronic founder case, but is doing well right now and is happy out in the pasture with her friends.

Shamrock- what a cute face. He has such a sway back!

Adopted Horse, Cochise under a shelter...
Vanilla and Stretch in Okay Corral...

This is Falcon and Val in Okay Corral.

Kerkorian in Little Vacation Village...

Elisa and Cocktail...

Sandi holding Calamity...

Sally and Obsidian...

My older mare, Serenity. I got her when I was 14, she is now in her 30's. She is doing great! She does have early Cushings and grows super long hair but it looks like most of it will shed out this year...Sharil shedded her out some, look at all that hair! You can pull it out by the hand full!

In Little Vacation Village, Left to right, Priceless, Laramie and Whiskey.

Jimmy Dean's new halter and lead. He is working on his therapy qualifications. He will also be going to this year's Pet-a-palooza...

Part of the Breakfast Club- Donkey Otie, Fiesta and Inca.

We have started to work with Wasabi. He is such a cute guy!

Melvyn enjoyed the attention of some volunteers. Look at his bowed back legs!
