The last two days have been really beautiful at the ranch. It's very cold in the morning, but really heats up as the day goes along. We had many volunteers, boarders, and visitors out over the past two days...
We hope everyone had a great Veterans day. As always, Shiloh thanks everyone who has served, and is currently serving, our Country.
Angel, "The Skin Horse", now has to wear a sheet over her slinky body suit to stay warm. She has absolutely NO HAIR and has to stay covered to keep warm. The cooler weather was making her feel frisky...
Sitka and Sunday came home from the vet. Sunday is getting to be a pro at trailering.
Sitka is looking good. The vets trimmed a huge amount off of her crippled hoof, they sedated her and laid her down to do it.
A young volunteer grooms Sunday...
While her mom grooms Sitka.
Tanis has been spending his days in Jill's pasture. Here he is with Jill's Friesian Filly, Zuiderzee. They are great friends and race around the pasture together.
Vic works with his adopted horse, Xanthos (once known as Trooper).
Shamrock eats his hay in the Area 51 pasture...
Lark eats her breakfast in the Big Pasture...
Terry spoiled Ciento and then moved him into Big Vacation Village. He has been "upgraded" from Little Vacation Village. He had a great time in the larger pasture, he raced all over the place!
Robin Parellied Charmin. They are a cute team!
The goats love to hang out in the VC pen (Visually Challenged). Here is BG with GG and Keller.
Taco and Margarita greet some young visitors...
What a smile!

Awww, so good to see Keller :) That makes me so happy to see her safe and loved and well taken care of.
Love Charmin too, what a cutie!!
But, the last picture is the best of all :) What a beautiful smile!
It's pictures and blogs like yours that make us supporters keep going and keep fighting. Thanks for your great blog updates, and putting a smile on all our faces! There is nothing like a little childs smile, very cute picture! It's nice to see all the Shiloh horses are doing great. It looks like the trimming of Sitka's hoof may be helping with releaving the pain, it seems like it would be easier to put weight on that leg. I can't wait to see her with her new prostetic (I think I spelled that right :)) Have a great weekend everyone! God bless you all!
