Photos From Monday...

We are back home from the Hospital- it's so great to be home! Tony is improving much faster now that he is back in his comfortable surroundings.

I am back to a pretty normal schedule now and hopefully can get out to Shiloh everyday from now on. Here are some photos that I took yesterday- Enjoy!

This was cute, you can't tell in the photo but blind girls, GG and Keller were playing! They are great friends and are both doing very well...

Hawkeye has moved in with Maverick in Mesquite Manor. We moved Echo Echo and Eagle back into the barn for a while and will be having them both evaluated by the vet on next week's vet day. As sad as it is, we may have to have Echo Echo euthanised. His quality of life is diminishing in spite of our efforts. But, we know he has had a good life with us for the past few years and we have done everything we could to make him comfortable. Echo Echo was dumped by his owners out by Echo Bay at Lake Mead. He could hardly walk due to his chronic Laminitis.

This is new guy, Slider, hiding in the Mesquites in the "Chicken Pen".He arrived from the feedlot a month ago and he came down with an upper respiratory infection (very contagious and very common on Feedlots) so he has been spending time in our super isolation Chicken pen (it's next to our chicken coop). He is looking and feeling better and should be able to move back with his friends very soon. He is a real cute young guy...

A nice morning shot of Okay Corral- left to right: Tulsa, Godspeed, Sage and Nike...

Latilla in the Mare Motel. this poor old girl arrived at Shiloh with a horribly stinky mouth and our vet was able to pull two loose molars out using just her hands! She will be getting full dental work on the vet day. For now, she is on antibiotics and mushy food, which she likes. Hopefully, we can add some weight on her once her teeth are worked on...

Eagle, enjoying the warm sun in his outdoor run in the Barn...
