Odds and Ends on a Sunday...

I have been working on updating the website and we are all gathering, organizing and preparing our GFAS paperwork so that we can apply for accreditation in the next few months. This next week is going to be a very busy one for Sally and me. We have a lot to do with Tony this coming week, he has interviews everyday and we have the big Dillards Painted Pony Event on Saturday. I will repost about Dillards this week, we would love to see you all there. Our Shiloh Painted Pony figurines should be shipping to us very soon, and as soon as they arrive, we will be offering them on our website and at the rescue.

Some photos from the past two days:

Longfellow out in Easy Street. He has filled out and is enjoying his horse life with his friends...

A sign on the Gummie pen. They eat this on top of free feed grass mix hay. That is four bags of Senior feed per day, so you can see how important the Feed Fairy program is to us. With all of the older horses at the rescue, we feed over 300 bags of Senior feed per month!

Some of the Wanderers eating their extra feed on Saturday morning...

Little Vacation Village. That is Magic by the long feeder, he was moved into LVV on Saturday. He seems to be getting along with his new herdmates...

Well, the Spring Fashions are here! Time to put away the Winter Collection and move into something lighter. On Sunday, hardworking volunteers washed all of these fly masks for the coming fly season...

Thank you Sandi and Darian. The horses appreciate all your scrubbing and so do Jill and I. Shiloh volunteers are the best!
