Actually, that makes a heap of sense.... water adds buoyancy and support. and it doesn't really hurt if you fall over while you're IN it!! And I hope he gets a massage afterwards too!!!

First he gets a massage and is stretched. 
Then he gets his life vest strapped on...
And is put into a tank to walk on the water treadmill.
